The Minnesota Secretary of State’s Office has no statewide recount planned for the Republican gubernatorial race after it did not receive a formal request and payment from Mike Lindell.
Lindell, a GOP gubernatorial candidate, announced last week he will fund a statewide recount of the August primary. The Trump-endorsed candidate did not concede the race to Lisa Demuth and announced plans to seek a recount, citing “irregularities” in election reporting data.
