The shocking incident occurred after one of the zoo's wolves died due to natural causes.
WASHINGTON — Two zoo employees were hospitalized after they were reportedly attacked by wolves on Wednesday inside an enclosure at a northwest Indiana zoo.
WTHR reports that according to the Michigan City Police Department and the Michigan City Parks and Recreation Department, the incident began on Tuesday night, June 2, after a wolf died from natural causes at the Washington Park Zoo.
