ATLANTA — German fan Freddy has picked up quite a following as he's traveled through the southern United States ahead of the World Cup.
After landing in Atlanta, Georgia, he's checked out local historical sites, gone tubing on the Chattahoochee River, admired local houses and expressed wonder at Auburn's Jordan-Hare stadium. He and his crew have taken the scenic route, stopping at Walmarts for supplies and getting nourishment from fast-food joints such as Taco Bell and Wendy's.
