MINNESOTA, USA — Overnight lows will be warm to start off Sunday and the humidity is expected to climb throughout the day. We are going to be feeling that summer heat & humidity return to the region.
We are expecting some isolated rain to move easterly across central Minnesota, possible reaching the Twin Cities around mid-morning. You may need to find a spot to duck into if you are out at the Fair early Sunday morning.
Temperatures will warm into the mid 80s while dew points hover in the mid 60s before climbing higher in the evening hours.
A warm front lingering across southern Minnesota will allow the mercury to find its way into the upper 80s and even low 90s. Heavier cloud cover and isolated rain chances will push north ahead of the warm front Sunday afternoon where we will find temperatures in the 70s and 80s
It is going to be a warm start to September with a limited chance for rain. We're watching for some late rain on Tuesday and another chance early Thursday.
