University of Minnesota entertains $30.5M bid for Les Bolstad Golf Course

The University of Minnesota Board of Regents this week will consider whether to sell Les Bolstad Golf Course near the St. Paul campus to a St. Michael-based developer for $30.5 million, the Pioneer Press reported.

Rachel Development Inc. plans a residential development with mixed use commercial on the 141-acre property in Falcon Heights. University of Minnesota President Rebecca Cunningham is recommending the Regents approve the sale, the newspaper reported.
