It’s a plan that’s upset some golfers, alumni, and neighbors.
The University of Minnesota will meet this week to discuss the sale of the 140-acre Les Bolstad Golf Course for $30,500.
The course on the St. Paul campus dates back nearly a century and is expected to be converted into a housing development.
The city of Falcon Heights, where the golf course sits, supports the sale.
A final vote by the University of Minnesota could happen at the end of the month.
