Happy Wednesday evening to one and all.
It’s been another hot and humid day across Minnesota, with temperatures pushing close to 90° in some locations. As we move deeper into early June, the summer-like pattern remains firmly in place.
Tonight brings partly cloudy skies with a chance for a few overnight thunderstorms. Not everyone will see rain, but a few scattered storms are possible as temperatures hold in the middle 60s.
One notable change to the forecast comes on Thursday.
Over the past couple of days, there had been growing concern for more widespread thunderstorms. However, storm chances have decreased considerably. While a few isolated thunderstorms remain possible, many communities will stay dry. In fact, most of Thursday’s weather will simply feature additional cloud cover, warm temperatures, and continued humidity rather than widespread storms.
