WASHINGTON — Hodo Inc. recalled more than 10,000 cases of their Lightly Fried Chili Crisp Tofu due to a possible ink contamination.
Hodo, an Oakland, California-based company, voluntarily issued the recall Monday after they found "discoloration" during a scale-up of a new product. It impacts roughly 75,250 packages of the tofu, according to the recall alert.
