A woman, one of seven who have been accused of assisting in the torture and death of Sam Nordquist, a trans man from Minnesota, has pled guilty.
Hubbard Broadcasting affiliate WHEC says Emily Motyka, 20, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and kidnapping in. Her sentencing will take place at a later date, and Motyka will remain in Ontario County Jail in New York until then.
