Happy Tuesday evening to one and all.
It’s been another very warm day across Minnesota as we continue our stretch of early summer weather. Temperatures climbed well into the 80s this afternoon, and while much of today stayed dry, we’re beginning to turn our attention toward a more active pattern for the second half of the week.
Tonight remains mostly clear and mild with temperatures only falling to around 60°.
Wednesday will be another very warm and increasingly humid day. Highs climb into the lower 80s with a mix of sun and clouds. By late evening and overnight, scattered thunderstorms may begin developing across portions of the state. Not everyone will see rain, but it marks the beginning of several days with storm chances.
Thursday is the day we’ll be watching most closely.
