ST PAUL, Minn. — A St. Paul man is charged with making violent threats toward St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Her last summer while she was a member of the House of Representatives.

Pao Her Lee, 49, is accused of posting threatening videos on YouTube, including one on the day House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman, her husband, Mark, and their dog, Gilbert, were assassinated, and State Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, were shot and injured.
