Oscar winner Tim Robbins discusses 3rd season of sci-fi dystopian drama 'Silo'

Oscar winner Tim Robbins ("Mystic River," "The Shawshank Redemption") is back in a villainous role in Season 3 of sci-fi dystopian drama "Silo."
