The Saint Paul City Attorney's Office said the current evidence was "insufficient" and didn't meet the standard for criminal charges under state statutes.
ST PAUL, Minn. — No state criminal charges will be filed in connection with a January protest at a St. Paul church.
The St. Paul City Attorney's Office reviewed the incident after dozens of people were arrested for entering Cities Church on Jan. 18 to protest against Pastor David Easterwood, saying he held a local leadership position with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
