New at the fair: Summer Lakes Boat House

FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. — Fairgoers can now get a taste of quintessential Minnesota lake life when they visit Summer Lakes Beverage's new location at the 2026 Minnesota State Fair.

It is the first new building on the fairgrounds since 2018 and is serving up Summer Lakes' signature mixes as both cocktails and mocktails, new "Minnemosas" and "Lake Shore Shandys," craft beer, as well as chef-inspired shareables and handheld menu items.
