MINNEAPOLIS — An art exhibition on display through June 7 at True North Studio in Minneapolis grew out of emotions and advocacy surrounding Operation Metro Surge. "We Are All Watching" features work collected through the Rebel Loon Archive, a project formed by Erica Helander after the killings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti by federal immigration enforcement agents in January.
