INTERVIEW: Lowertown Sounds Series kicks off

Thursday nights in St. Paul are about to get a little bit louder with the return of the Lowertown Sounds Series.

All summer long, the Lowertown Sounds Series will be held in Mears Park, a free community concert series for everyone to enjoy. The concerts starts this Thursday.
