Champlin Park will take on Rosemount in the Class 4A championship game of the MSHSL Boys State Baseball tournament on Monday night at Target Field after each team won their semifinal match-up.
It took extra innings for Champlin Park to take care of Edina at CHS Field. Christian Dull’s grounder plated Luke Carlson in the bottom of the ninth to give the Rebels a 8-7 win over the Hornets.
The other semifinal was a blowout. Rosemount’s Oliver Anderson went 4-for-5 with 3 RBI and 2 runs scored as the Irish beat Farmington 11-1.
