ROBBINSDALE, Minn. (FOX 9) - The Minnesota attorney general is making an announcement on what his office calls "a pending healthcare transaction that his office is reviewing under Minnesota law."

The attorney general previously sought community feedback on a proposed merger between North Memorial and Sanford Health.
