MINNETONKA, Minn. — Construction is underway on nearly a dozen new affordable homes in the west metro.
Habitat for Humanity celebrated the development's public launch on Wednesday, building 10 homes for low to moderate-income first-time buyers in Minnetonka.
Officials say the project transforms an underutilized parking lot while preserving shared amenities and significantly expanding home ownership options in the city.
