NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A couple in Tennessee is recovering from severe burns after their food truck exploded.
Tiffany and Tim McPherson were preparing their food truck, TNT Tacos, for a typical day in Huntingdon, Tenn., when it suddenly exploded, engulfing the truck and couple in flames, according to the couple.
It all happened June 4, one day before their 25th anniversary, their daughter Jada Pastrana wrote on a fundraiser she set up for the couple to help cover medical expenses.
