In an email obtained by KARE 11, the agency says the suspension will be lifted on Thursday and only applies to providers who have appealed.
It appears some terminated Medicaid providers can start billing for services again as early as Thursday, according to an email obtained by KARE 11 News.
The email says the providers are only eligible if they submitted an appeal by Tuesday, June 9.
But the decision is still leaving a lot of vulnerable families in limbo, including Dan Verdick. His daughter, Hannah, relies on Options, Inc. for constant care.
"She wants to go there every day, even Saturdays and Sundays and the days they’re closed, and gets mad at us because she can’t go," said Verdick.
