CHISAGO COUNTY, Minn. — Chisago County issued an emergency message on Friday morning for residents to be on the lookout for a suspicious person.
The alert was broadcast as a civil emergency message via the emergency alert system on television stations such as KARE 11.
"Be on the lookout for a suspicious male wearing all black clothing and cowboy boots and a dark colored hat," the alert said. "Officers are looking to make contact with him. Please be cautious and call Chisago County Sheriff's Office with any and all information at 651-257-4100."
