MINNEAPOLIS — A group of concession workers at Target Field has announced plans to strike after negotiations with their employer fell through.
The employees, represented by Unite Here Local 17, said they would begin a strike on June 22.
The workers, of whom there are 500, are employed by Delaware North Company.
"The bargaining committee for Local 17 has been committed to avoiding a strike through good faith bargaining.
