St. Paul Police said they have made an arrest in the death of a man whose body was found on railroad tracks last week.
According to St. Paul Police, 24-year-old Omar Andres Ramos Castro has been arrested for second-degree murder. Castro is believed to have killed 44-year-old Gabriel A. Perez in the 1400 block of Case Avenue.

On May 26, an individual called 911 after their bulldog kept pulling them in the direction of something, later discovering Perez lying between railroad tracks around 11 a.m., according to court documents.
Perez was declared dead once medics arrived.
