Cooper had been golfing in Payson, a mountain town about 80 miles outside of Phoenix, that week and accidentally left his card at a local gas pump.
PHOENIX — After finding a lost credit card at a gas station, Geoff Guy decided to do the right thing and contact the owner to return the card.
Luckily, Guy recognized the name on the back of the card as rock-and-roll legend Alice Cooper.
Cooper had been golfing in Payson, a mountain town about 80 miles outside of Phoenix, that week and accidentally left his card at a local gas pump.
Guy's wife suggested he call the Alice Cooper Solid Rock Teen Center, a nonprofit that has free music and art programs for Arizona teens. He managed to get ahold of Cooper, just before the rockstar left the country for a five-week European tour Tuesday.
